Moving faster
Emotional disas-
Stir up the fears
Stir up the memories
Of disaster not averted
The captain afraid at the wheel

Guess I’m alone
In this existence
Make it, shake it
Breakin’ apart
Like glaciers warming
Without a warning
Should’ve stayed
in bed this morning

The power of perception
I held my own election
You lost without representation
I’m the king of my own nation
You weren’t there
When I needed saving
Or I kept you waiting
Either way
You lost

Now I’m losing
Hope is hemorrhaging
Lies are leveraging
My pain against…You

I will forgive You
Thought you don’t need forgiving
If you will help me
Get on with living
A live of love
And simple faith

I will not enslave my future
To the past
I will not exchange my ship
For a mast
I am calling my troops
To lay down their arms
These fears were a fraud
I’m ending my war with God
